NEU members can belong to a range of member groups and sectors within the union, from the very start of their career to after they retire.
Within Staffordshire NEU, we have District officer roles that focus on the following groups and sectors:
- New Professionals/Young Worker’s Officer
- Retired Member’s Officer
- Support Staff Member’s Officer (vacant)
- Post-16 Member’s Officer (vacant)
- Independent School Member’s Officer (vacant)
But the NEU also covers members who are:
- Students & Trainees
- Early Years teachers
- Supply Staff
- SEND
- Leadership
