The Branch Officers are directly involved with negotiations with the Local Authority and with employers (e.g. Academy Trusts).
They are also involved with casework, where a workplace has no rep, or where further support is needed.
The District Officers represent the various sectors and types of members, e.g. by organising events or sharing ideas.
