NEU Reps & Officers: Challenging Capability Training

Why is the use of capability so prominent in teaching?
In this course we’ll explore the concept of capability as a method of management control and how we challenge this collectively. We’ll also build on the skills and principles we established on the 2-day Representing Members in the Workplace course, to effectively represent members in capability casework.
Who should attend: This course is for branch/district officers and reps who have completed Reps Foundation. Ideally, you will have also completed the Representing Members in the Workplace introduction to casework course.
